Shipping & Delivery

We charge a flat rate of R75 per order for Door to Door Courier to all major centres in South Africa. If you are not in a Major Centre we will Post your products to you at R75 per order. To see if you are situated in a Major Centre please check the following list:   Shipping Areas List   We will send your parcel within 2 days once the money clears into our account and it will take another 3 working days for our courier company to deliver to you. 
During checkout you also have the option to collect the goods yourself from our shop in the Cape Quarter, in which case there will not be any shipping costs. We will get your parcel packed and ready and you can also pay by Credit Card in store when you collect it.
Please Note: A small percentage of our products are handmade to order, please check the product description of the products you order regarding lead times.
For shipping to other countries, or if you want your goods couriered to an outlying area in South Africa, please go ahead and place your order, we will get back to you with a quote.

Privacy & Security

When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organise delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. They will happily review your file and update the records if required. You can contact our customer service team by email.
Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days after receiving it, in its original condition for a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.
Payment and Pricing

Please transfer the given amount to our account and we will send your parcel immediately once the amount is cleared in our account. No cheque payments please.

How to Order

Browse through our range of Gifts, Art and Decor items
If you would like to buy one or more products click Add to Cart underneath the product you like.
Continue Shopping to add more products to your cart, or Proceed to Checkout to start the order process.
Complete your details.
Continue to Select your Shipping method.
Select your Payment Method. Pay with your credit card via Payfast, or do an EFT transfer the amount to our account or visit our store in Cape Town to pay by Cash or Credit Card.
Review your Order to make sure all the details are correct.
Place Order to complete the order process. You should see "Your order has been received".
An automated email message containing your order will then be sent to you.
We will email or call you as soon as possible to confirm and discuss your order and provide you with our banking details if nescessary.
Once you are satisfied please do a transfer to our account. Once your payment has cleared into our account we will send  your parcel within 2 days and SMS / Email your tracking number to you.
