- We charge a flat rate of R110 per order for Door to Door Courier to all major centres in South Africa. If you are not in a Major Centre we will arrange an alternative delivery method with you, like sending to Postnet, PicknPay, Pep or Engen Garage at R110 per order. We will send your parcel within 2 days once the money clears into our account and it will take another 3 working days for our courier company to deliver to you.
- During checkout you also have the option to collect the goods yourself from our shop in the Cape Quarter, in which case there will not be any shipping costs. We will get your parcel packed and ready and you can also pay by Credit Card in store when you collect it. If you want your goods couriered to an outlying area in South Africa, please go ahead and place your order, we will get back to you with a quote.
- For shipping to Other Countries, our system will calculate the rate during checkout. We send all overseas parcel via Insured South African Postal Service EMS Airmail, and will be delivered in 14 – 17 days. Please see more below.
- Please Note: A small percentage of our products are handmade to order, please check the product description of the products you order regarding lead times.

- When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organise delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. - Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 7 days after receiving it, in its original condition for a full refund. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing defect.
- Payment and Pricing
- Please transfer the given amount to our account and we will send your parcel immediately once the amount is cleared in our account. No cheque payments please.

- For shipping to Other Countries, our system will calculate the rate during checkout. We send all overseas parcels via Insured South African Postal Office EMS(Expedited Mail Services). This is an Airmail service, and will be delivered in 14 – 17 working days. Depending on your country’s postal service, the parcel will either be delivered to your door, or you may receive a notice to collect it from your local post office. Please check your physical post box for this notification.
- Import duties, taxes, and charges imposed by your country’s Customs are not included in our item price or shipping cost.
